Alien Lifeform

A new form of sea creature which we found at the beach last weekend.

Our best guess is that it's a batch of cuttlefish eggs about to hatch but we're open to correction...

  1. These are actually goose neck barnacles(see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pollicipes_pollicipes). I found lots of these on Ninety Mile Beach usually clinging to drift wood.
